This frog figurine is a hand-carved rain frog with a round, chunky body propped up on four short legs, and a downturned mouth that gives it a permanently grumpy look. Hand-painted over natural wood, the front is a soft cream while the back carries brown tones, yellow spots, and a thin painted stripe down the spine.
Yellow-rimmed eyes and a faceted, hand-cut surface keep the character close to the real animal. A small frog figurine for a desk, bookshelf, or windowsill.
